The IMLCA Players Summit is an annual recruiting event owned and hosted by the coaches & members of the Intercollegiate Men’s Lacrosse Coaches Association. With new NCAA legislation adopted in October 2023, the IMLCA players summit is NOW the only event in the country that all NCAA Men’s Lacrosse Coaches are permitted to evaluate at that weekend. Over 800+ coaches travel to Orlando, Florida each December for five days of business meetings, education, networking, honoring history & recruiting.

Tourney Direct provides college coaches stipend opportunities at events across the country. Event staffing opportunities for all IMLCA Players Summit events are run exclusively through the Tourney Direct platform.
Athletes Hospitality is the official housing agency of the Winter Players Summit. We will once again have a strict “Stay to Play” policy for this event. All participants, teams, and coaches must book within AH’s portfolio of contracted properties. Families are strictly prohibited from reserving rooms at the Omni Orlando Resort. Rosters & guest names will be monitored by the event’s hotel staff
