The Intercollegiate Men’s Lacrosse Coaches Association is proud to announce Hall of Fame basketball coach Bob Hurley Sr. as the keynote speaker for the 2025 IMLCA Coaches Summit. Few figures in sport embody the standards of teaching, leadership, and integrity the way Coach Hurley does. His presence at this year’s Summit reflects our commitment to bringing the very best minds in coaching to our community.
Hurley built a legacy defined by discipline, belief, and player development. Across more than four decades at St. Anthony High School in Jersey City, he earned over 1,000 wins and 28 state championships. More important than the numbers was the way he shaped young people. Hurley coached with conviction and care, building a culture that demanded accountability while lifting every athlete who walked into his gym. His approach continues to influence coaches across all sports who value fundamentals, preparation, and team-first leadership.
