The IMLCA Players summit is an annual recruiting event owned and hosted by THE COACHES & members of the intercollegiate men’s lacrosse coaches association. with new NCAA legislation adopted in october 2023, the imlca players summit is NOW the only event in the country that all ncaa men’s lacrosse coaches are permitted to evaluate at that weekend. over 800+ men’s college lacrosse coaches will be traveling to orlando, florida this december for five days of business meetings, education, networking, honoring history & recruitinG.

All club admins are required to be submit their team’s rosters to EventBeacon by November 1st. Once submitted, parents & PSA’s will be able to view their team’s rosters on a Live Dashboard.

Athletes Hospitality is the official housing agency of the 2025 IMLCA Players Summit. We will once again have a strict "Stay to Play" policy for this event.

  • All participants, teams, and coaches must book within AH's portfolio of contracted properties.

  • Families are strictly prohibited from reserving rooms at the Omni Orlando Resort. Rosters & guest names will be monitored by the event's hotel staff - we strongly encourage you to begin the process of communicating this to parents now as this is a no-tolerance policy.
