Keith Bugbee: Keith Bugbee concluded his legendary 42-season career at Springfield College with 432 victories, ranking fifth all-time in NCAA men’s lacrosse history. He stands as the first collegiate men’s lacrosse coach to achieve 400 wins exclusively at one institution. Under his leadership, Springfield College captured the 1994 NCAA Division II National Championship and secured 24 NCAA Tournament berths and produced 65 All-Americans. Bugbee is a member of the New England Lacrosse Hall of Fame.
J.B. Clarke: J.B. Clarke’s 416-100 (.806) record as a head coach across 29 seasons makes him one of the most successful coaches in NCAA DII Men’s Lacrosse history. He has captured five NCAA Division II National Championships, leading Limestone University to three titles (2014, 2015, 2017) and the University of Tampa to two, including a perfect 21–0 season in 2022 and his most recent championship in 2026. A multiple-time USILA National Coach of the Year, Clarke is also a member of the US Lacrosse Connecticut Chapter.
